If you have an order on hold from previous restocks, you’ll be able to choose how you want it to be shipped.
You can choose to have your order shipped through the National Postal Service or through FedEx.
Most of the orders on hold have already paid for the National Postal Service shipping fee, so that part is covered. However, if you choose to ship through the national postal service, I’ll need to pay your tariffs upfront. In that case, when the shipping service is restored, I’ll send you a payment link for an amount equal to 15% of your total order (including shipping), so I can pay the tariff at the post office and they can send the package to the US with your customs fees already covered. Please remember that the tariff payment goes straight to the US government — it is not revenue for us.
If you choose the FedEx option, I’ll send you a link to pay the difference for the new shipping cost (approximately 15 EUR). You’ll then pay your tariffs when the package arrives in the US. Your order will be shipped within a few days or weeks, depending on our monthly shipping limits, and you’ll receive a bill from FedEx a few days after your order is delivered.
To request the FedEx option, please send me a DM on Instagram with your order number. For National Postal Service shipping, you’ll just need to wait until the service is restored.
