What's the US orders status?

We’ve partnered with FedEx to resume shipping to the US!

Since the Portuguese National Postal Service still hasn’t resumed shipments to the US, we’ll now be sending packages through FedEx at a flat rate of 25 EUR or 30 EUR, depending on the size and weight of your order.

Tariffs will be calculated once the package arrives in the US. I previously shipped a package through UPS, and for an 80 EUR item + 54 EUR shipping cost, the customer paid 29.9 USD in tariffs. This corresponds to a 15% fee applied to the total order (item + shipping), plus a small customs handling fee charged by UPS.

Since we are now shipping through FedEx, these fees should be relatively lower, as the shipping cost is significantly reduced. As soon as I have a few examples of FedEx shipping and tariff amounts, I’ll update this section.

We intend to continue using the national postal service once it becomes available again, as it usually offers lower shipping costs, but we don’t know how much longer this situation will last.

I have an order on hold, what should I do?

If you have an order on hold from previous restocks, you’ll be able to choose how you want it to be shipped.

You can choose to have your order shipped through the National Postal Service or through FedEx.

Most of the orders on hold have already paid for the National Postal Service shipping fee, so that part is covered. However, if you choose to ship through the national postal service, I’ll need to pay your tariffs upfront. In that case, when the shipping service is restored, I’ll send you a payment link for an amount equal to 15% of your total order (including shipping), so I can pay the tariff at the post office and they can send the package to the US with your customs fees already covered. Please remember that the tariff payment goes straight to the US government — it is not revenue for us.

If you choose the FedEx option, I’ll send you a link to pay the difference for the new shipping cost (approximately 15 EUR). You’ll then pay your tariffs when the package arrives in the US. Your order will be shipped within a few days or weeks, depending on our monthly shipping limits, and you’ll receive a bill from FedEx a few days after your order is delivered.

To request the FedEx option, please send me a DM on Instagram with your order number. For National Postal Service shipping, you’ll just need to wait until the service is restored.
